| FUTURE OF FLIGHT STRATO DECK |

| It has been almost 2 years since the Future of Flight Foundation began charging admission to the Strato Deck, the promised improvements are nowhere to be found. |

| In March 2015 I talked to the Future of Flight Foundation Operations Director about the lack of furniture on the Strato Deck. He told me that permanent furniture would be installed during the Spring of 2015. As you can see in this October 2016 picture he was less than truthful with me. |

| Snohomish County spent $25,000,000 building this facility for the Future of Flight, maintenance has obviously been deferred. These electrical outlets have been in a state of disrepair for several years. | ||
