PAINE FIELD JANUARY 23

 

WH001 777-9 N779XW departing on a functional check flight. A thrust link investigation flight test is planned for January 25. 
From Boeing: "Teams will conduct flight testing to validate thrust link performance in specific flight conditions,
augmenting data gathered in laboratories and on the ground." During the post flight this afternoon the thrust link
accelerometers were inspected.

 

WH003 777-9 N779XY departed Boeing Field for thrust link testing. The flight plan was along the coast to northern California but 
the airplane was in the air for only 35 minutes.
