Upcoming Runway Closures
Plan for three (3) full weekend runway closures to Runway 16R/34L this summer: weekend of July 18, weekend of August 22, and weekend of October 2. Closures will go into effect at 9:00pm on Friday evenings until 7:00 am on Monday mornings.

This work will allow the Airport to remove failing paint and to repaint runway markings, crack seal openings in the pavement, and install the LED-based Touch Down Zone lights, runway centerline lights, and Taxiway A edge lights.

There will also be a series of seven (7) night-time closures of Runway 16R/34L and eleven (11) daytime closures of portions of Taxiway A . These dates will be finalized in July for August and September closures. Runway 16L/34R will remain operational.
